PRIVACY POLICY FOR State Beauty Supply

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application State Beauty Supply

(“App”) that was created by Mobiltal, LLC for mobile devices. The App is used for State

Beauty Supply drivers to deliver products and routes to customer locations and is not

applicable for other uses. Mobiltal is dedicated to protecting your privacy.

1. What information does the App obtain and how is it used?

A. User Provided Information

The App does not ask or store any personal information.

B. Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the App may use certain information automatically, including, but not

limited to, your location, and your mobile devices unique device ID via the opt-in

Android advertising identifier. This information is used by State Beauty Supply to

validate authorized used of the app and company data, plus provide any needed

analytics for State Beauty Supply management regarding employee

performance.

C. 3rd Party Access to Information

Except as provided above, we do not share or sell information that identifies you

personally or makes it possible for other parties to contact you directly.

2. Does the App collect precise real time location information of the device?

When you use the mobile application, we use GPS technology (or other similar

technology) to determine your current location in order to display your location

on a map and to show distances to customers. We will not share your current

location with other users.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you

should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your

account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile

application.

3. What permissions does the App use?

A. Internet

The Internet is required to access Google services.

B. Network State

The App will monitor the network state in order to determine whether API

requests can be sent for services.

C. Location

Location information is used as described in section 2 above.

D. Storage

External storage on the device is used for storing customer manifests and

routing information in addition to creating daily delivery reports.

4. Children

Our App is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly solicit data

from or market to children under the age of 13.

5. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will

notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy

Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any

changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of your information as

set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means

using hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including,

but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing

information.
