Support / Can't skip login request when network issues
Today, during our hiking trip, my operator have some issue with internet connection. Probably due to this, Geooh logged me out and wanted to re-login. But it was not possible and I have no option to skip this. Geooh just close. So even I have caches in offline list, I was not able to use Geooh at all.

It would be nice to have an option to continue with geocaching instead of closing Geooh.

Support / Waypoints not visible
Hi,
I saw same change related to waypoints in change log. Unfortunately, it is not better for me. It is worst now. Waypoints are not shown on map at all. I've cleared caches, but did not help. I'm using offline maps with custom theme.

But this is even worse - In waypoint menu is missing option "Show on map". In past, this often happen to me when I added a new waypoint. Usually it was fixed after Geooh restart. But now It happen for all waypoints. They are not shown on map and are missing "Show on map" option. So it is not possible navigate from stage to stage on map.



When I clear cache and restart application, sometime is this option visible, but then disappear somehow. I don't understand why. Offline maps are there and are working. But I have no option to see waypoint on map.

Support / Offline maps not generates without wifi connection
Hi,
I'm using offline maps and I discovered, that these are not generated when I'm outside. Only previously generated (cached) tiles are show. But If I zoom in, I got blank map and tiles are not generated. But as soon as i come home, where I connect to wifi, tiles are generated. So it looks like there is some setting that prevent tiles generation without wifi.

Is it possible or I miss something?

Support / v11 Update caches: Error occurred while getting geocaches
Preparing for our Holiday on next Saturday. I've created a new offline list and want to download all caches around places we plan visit. Works for small places (around 10 caches), but when I choose slightly bigger place (e.g.: city center), updating of map took long and then fails with message:

Warning
Error occurred while getting geocaches.

Is it possible to find out what is wrong? It works correctly in previous versions. (Took some time, but caches were downloaded).

Support / Custom map theme does not work in v11
Hi,
I'm using offline maps and map theme from https://osm.paws.cz/ (Czech lang only). It worked, but with latest version is map rendering with default style without hiking tracks. I've tried add the offline map folder again, but it did not help :-(

Any hint what to do?

I'm using HTC U11 Life on Android 10.

Support / Delete multiple caches from list
Hello,
I have some caches on offline list that I want to remove. I can remove caches one by one, but I did not find any way, how to select multiple caches and remove them all by one click. Is it possible? Because removing 80 caches one by one is a big pain.

Also, after confirmation, there is an strange "null..." message shown.

Support / Can't use offline maps stored on SD card
Hi,
I'm trying to enter select folder with external maps that is located on SD card. The local storage is pre-selected and I can't find a way how to switch to my SD card. I can't go up (missing ".." option) or enter the path manually ("/storage/9016-4EF8/maps" ). Geooh does not support it :-(

Did I miss something?

Support / Can't create projection waypoint
Hi,
I'm trying to create a new waypoint by entering bearing and distance. But it fails due to invalid values. I think it is caused by localization as in Czech we are using coma as decimal separator. And I'm not able to enter values without decimal part or with dot instead of coma.

Check attached screenshots please.
