How about if it's in Show Details? I could have others want the existing Published showing and historically it's been what Geooh has shown.. I could do a Facebook survey.
Groundspeak calls it Placed, not Hidden, so the name needs to be familiar to all.
In a recent version the Published date was added to the "Show More" page Would it be possible to change it to the "Hidden date" in stead? It's the hidden date that is used in most cases in Challenges, Jasmer etc.

I haven't used it very much because of the problem. But a quick test gives the same result, that it does not work. Maybe 2 out of 10 times.

Some phones are experiencing screen rendering problems due to some Google/Android software added in the last update. I can't replicate it. But another version 15.1.7 is pending release by Google which backs out more of the new software that was added. I have no idea if this will fix it.
In the meantime, a workaround is to minimize then restore the app which forces Android to repaint the screen so you see it.
I have a suggestion to have a switch in the app to set the app to be offline (without having to put your whole phone offline) This would nake GO really "offline-compatible" and would be great for both bad cell reception AND expensive data plans. /Picht
What bothers me the most is that when I want to log caches, everything becomes so slow. I don't need any information at all...
Another thing I find annoying is that it updates the coordinates from your own account. I sometimes go caching with a group, and then one person solves the mysteries, but because the app updates the coordinates, they're put back where they were.
With an off-function, you don't have this problem.
Downloading the full version instead of the lite version isn't an option for me because cache density here in the Netherlands is very high. There are easily 100 or more caches in a list, and downloading the full version is too much for the app.

Today I noticed that when I try to use the "show more" option on a geocache when on the map, almost nothing happens & when I try to log the cache, nothing happens either.
You can see the program running for a moment, but then it freezes on the map.
This happens more often, but only when I have poor reception, and it often only happens once or twice. I think that's because it's trying to retrieve/update information, and with slow internet, that sometimes fails.
But now it doesn't do much at all, even at home with good Wi-Fi.

The Solve Formula option will show if the geocache description has a formula in it that the app can parse out and employ an internal formula calculator for it. Some cache formulas can't be solved programmatically if the owner hasn't written it to do so.
