Post by: ElectricCorgi on February 26, 2022, 08:27:02 PM
Working with counties and shading
App shows I have finds in Archer co TX
But no shading
Shading does show for other counties
What have I done wrong?

Thanks in advance for any assistance

Hi,

Did you log the find with Geooh? The app will automatically mark a county as shaded when you log the find with Geooh or manually shade the county via a map long press or with the Manage Counties dialog. Another way to prebuild the internal shading database is by importing your myfinds pocket query.

There is no way for Geooh to automatically know about previous finds or ones logged by other apps or the website.

Thanks for the info
I did a recent picket query for my finds
How do I get this into Geoh go?
Or is there a way to run the query from the app?
In the meantime shading counties one by one -

Use the Manage Counties button (found in Settings and the Home Screen side drawer) then Export/Import, then Load My Finds.
