Title: 3D, some 2 finger gesures not working

Hi
When trying to use 2 fingers in the 3D view to tilt and rotate it doesn't work.

Cesium JavaScript is controlling the interactions. Their instructions were attached. Just use one finger until they update for better control.

Don't think I will use the feature, but wanted to let you know that something was not working as described.
