Print Page - Filter Placed picked date is off by one day

Title: Filter Placed picked date is off by one day

When I select filter by Placed date, on the date picker I select a date say March 1, 2024 as the min date then press OK the min date field becomes Feb 28, 2024. Similar issue happens with the Max date. The returned date is one day less than what I picked.

Thanks for the report. It was a UTC quirk that has been fixed for the 15.0.2 maintenance release.
