Been out doing maintenance today and when I log it shows the previous maintenance log including text and annoyingly date!
So I have to fix the date to current date every time.
Not sure if this is the intended function?
But would work smoother if the current date is automatically entered.

It's working as intended. Any task for a cache will repopulate fields when the task is repeated for it. It's designed in case a network error occurred and you need to redo the task without remembering what was previously entered.
