Inconsistent time format

Hi

I use the 24 hour format
On the log screen the date and time is using 24 hour correctly.
But when having to select a new time, then it uses AM/PM even though the 24 hour is used on the phone.

The next release 13.3.2 will follow the device time format when showing time selection dialog.

Works in the new version
