Support / Re: Floating button position
Just bumping this because I think this and the other thread got lost because I posted three at the same time. (I apologize if you already saw it)

Support / Scrolling up in "What's new"
It's impossible to scroll up in the changelog under "What's new", because that will simply close the popup instead.

Support / Re: Lists are trimmed to 500 caches after a while
Even 1000 is fairly usable on my S21 Ultra. I'd prefer if setting maximum geocaches to 0 on a list was uncapped (maybe with a warning?). That's what I think the behavior has been like before I think. Can't recall having seen the trimming in the past.

Support / Lists are trimmed to 500 caches after a while
I'm not exactly sure what triggers this, but it's been happening to me constantly lately. I'll create a list of all caches within a certain radius of a point (with no limit on the number of caches), and invariably it'll be trimmed down to the 500 closest caches after some time has passed. This persists through refresh, so I actually have to delete the list to fix it.

Added a picture of what I mean. These are the same list, but more than half the caches are gone.

Requests / Re: Matrix for filters
There is no good Android UI widget to present like that, plus the API doesn't provide searches for those characteristics.
But those already appear in the current map filters? The only thing I've done is reorganize them in a grid.

You can save a filter set for reuse on any list/map.
Sure, but there is no reason to believe the user wants the current filters to reset simply because they leave the list. They should still be retained until the user actively wants to change them. The behavior is also inconsistent between live map and lists. If I toggle off uncorrected mysteries on the live maps, that will stick. The same toggle on a list won't.

By the way, simply changing the filters through icons doesn't actually trigger the "SAVE SET" option. That option only appears if I change one of the text filters (like Favorites). Presumably that's a bug though.

Requests / Matrix for filters
I find the current list of toggleable icons for filters quite inconvenient. I believe something like this could work quite well. This is obviously not a suggestion for how it should look, just something I threw together in Excel to convey the idea. In my mind one should also be able to click the cache type or flag to toggle an entire row or column at once.

As an aside, I would like the filters to be retained even if I go back to the main screen. Right now they are reset (at least for non-live maps). I often use them to hide mystery caches that do not have corrected coordinates. This would, combined with the suggestion above, also remove the need to have separate toggles for disabled, found and owned in the settings.

Requests / Offline mode
Recently I've done some geocaching in areas with little to no reception except for calls, at least intermittently. This can be a frustrating experience without disabling mobile data on my phone entirely, as Geooh GO keeps trying to load online resources (even with use 3g and low cell reception disabled). It would be helpful if there was some offline mode toggle that prevents this.

Related request:
- Make the queue of logs waiting to be submitted once network is back available somehow as a list. I'm not a huge fan of the individual notifications. It's also not obvious to the user when the logs have actually been submitted.
- The cache icon should change even prior to the log being submitted. Right now I have to actively remember which caches I've logged.

Some related bugs:
- Sometimes Geooh GO will think there is no network even when it's back again. The only way I've found to remedy this is to toggle mobile data off and on again, and even that doesn't always fix it.

Requests / Mapsforge hillshading
It recently came to my attention that Mapsforge can do hillshading. This would be a nice addition to offline maps.

I was planning to add an example picture here, but Locus maps seems to lock this feature behind a paywall.

Support / Re: Duplicate logs
I've had this happen again in 11.9.3, so it doesn't seem entirely fixed yet.

Support / Re: Duplicate logs
I did also notice that some are missing the colored bar to the left, like in the screenshot.

Support / Duplicate logs
I'm having trouble finding a way to reliably reproduce this, but it's happened to me several times. Sometimes, seemingly if I scroll down to load more logs too fast, logs will appear twice. Sometimes they're consecutive, other times interleaved.

I added a screenshot. Unfortunately it's quite low resolution because I messed up, but it should be evident what the problem is.

Edit: Managed to add several copies of the screenshot because the forum told me the upload failed.
