GPX import can't recognise file

My normal method of uploading a GPX file has failed with :
  Warning
  Problem getting the file. Be sure it's a downloadable GPX file.

I put the file on an Android 9 phone by
1. creating a GPX file from within GSAK- to Onedrive [PC]
2. Downloading from onedrive to download folder [Phone]
3. Download within Geooh , no filter, selecting the file from folder.

This worked 2 weeks ago.

Attached GPX files .
File CVs2021... was successful peviously ;
File GPXer2021... was not .

Do you know if GSAK made any recent changes to their export? The <author> tag is different in the two GPX files.

The original GPX file that worked (and still does) has this for the <author> tag:
      <author>GSAK</author>

And the new GPX file that doesn't work has this for the <author> tag:
      <author>
         <name>GSAK</name>
         <email id="support" domain="gsak.net"/>
      </author>

I've updated Geooh to allow use of the new <author> structure. Until the next release comes out update your GPX file with the previous single line <author> tag format.

Hi Ron,
     I haven't made any amendments to GSAK , as far as I know, and I'm sure I have to apply fixes  manually .
