Can't reload saved cartridges

Hi, I just purchased Geooh Go app to help with Whereigo caches. I have downloaded 3 whereigo caches and each one fails to reload even though the app says it is saved. It says a backup is available but when you say yes to that it just goes to the same message over and over 'there is a back available' but nothing happens. I also get another error message when trying to reload saved games (see screen shots).

I have followed all instructions re ensuring a folder exists called whereigo for them to save in, the screenshot shows this as well as files within that folder

Hi, I have tried different folders. Geocaching name is DJZEG

There is an error indicating a corrupt database for you. If possible, backup via Geooh if you want to save settings, offline lists, cartridges, etc. then go into Android settings -> app -> Geooh -> storage -> then clear storage/cache. You may need to uninstall/reinstall if that doesn't work to see if the corrupted files can be cleared out.
