Username/password error for wherigo feature

Hei,

I just downloaded Geooh Go solely for the Wherigo features but can't get them up and running. I've signed into wherigo.com with the same credentials as for geocaching.com and that works fine. I've visited the 'settings' page of the Wherigo section of the App and put the same username/password combination there, but I keep getting an error message:

"Having some trouble downloading. Check your wherigo name/password."

I am 100% I'm using the right credentials. I have also uninstalled/installed in the app with the same results. I am on a Samsung S9 (android). Could you please advise?

Be sure the credentials are the ones used on wherigo.com by logging in there and test a download. Also confirm WhereYouGo can download.

A couple days ago someone else reported the same issue. Geooh and WhereYouGo couldn't download for her either, but after she went to the website and downloaded then Geooh worked. I have no idea because the same wherigo worked for me.

I suspect there is some problem on the website that after downloading there it works... maybe cookies. Let me know how your testing the above goes.
